Any item which require returning must be done so through the retailer which they have been purchased from, or from the manufacturer, the Secret Gift Service will issue receipts as and when required for this purpose.

The process of purchase of the gift items can take up to 14 days, all customers are advised to allow 21 days for delivery from acceptance.
